WHAT IS IT

A 12 week coaching journey to regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and build sustainable rhythms that support your clarity, energy, and joy. Rooted in Ayurveda and holistic health, this program guides you through structured support so you can return to balance and begin living in flow.

​Ayurveda is a holistic healing system from India that focuses on balancing the mind, body, and spirit through diet, lifestyle, and natural therapies. It’s based on the idea that health comes from living in harmony with your unique constitution (dosha) and nature’s rhythms. The three doshas—Vata (air & space), Pitta (fire & water), and Kapha (earth & water)—represent different mind-body energies that influence how we think, feel, and function.

We’ll work together to understand what your body needs right now, clear the patterns contributing to burnout, and restore your energy through personalized practices.

 

This isn’t a quick fix. It’s a return to wholeness. You don’t need more pressure, perfection, or productivity. You need space to feel, reconnect and rebuild from the inside out. I’m here to walk with you as you return to the version of you that feels steady, nourished, and powerful.

MY APPROACH TO WHOLENESS

Burnout isn’t just physical exhaustion — it’s spiritual disconnection, emotional depletion,

and forgetting who you are at your core. My coaching weaves together mind, body, and

spirit healing to help you recover fully — not just so you can function again, but so you can feel alive in your life again.

 

My approach is deeply personal and intuitive, rooted in the journey I’ve walked myself.

It’s built on four core pillars:

1. BREAKING OUT OF SELF-SUPPRESSION
For years, I molded myself to fit what I thought others wanted. I dimmed my truth, held
back my voice and prioritized being “easy” over being real. It left me feeling unseen
and disconnected.

We explore where you’ve been shrinking, silencing, or shapeshifting to stay safe and we

gently begin to unravel those patterns. Through reflective practices, embodiment, and

self-expression, you’ll learn how to show up as your full self with confidence and clarity.​

2. RECONNECTING WITH THE BODY AND SELF TRUST

Disconnection from the body is one of the most common root causes of burnout. For me,

years of hormonal imbalance, dieting, and ignoring my intuition left me unsure of what I

even needed to feel good.

 

HOW I SUPPORT YOU

Together, we rebuild your relationship with your body and your inner knowing. I help you

listen to your cycle, tune into your cravings (physical and emotional), and trust your 

decisions. This is about returning to your body as home — not a project to fix, but a guide

to honor.​

3. KNOWING WHEN IT'S TIME TO WALK AWAY

Whether it was the job that drained me or relationships that no longer felt aligned, I stayed too long out of fear. True healing began when I started honoring my “no” just as much as

my “yes.”

You’ll learn to recognize what’s no longer serving you — and build the courage to make

space for what does. I’ll walk with you as you create boundaries, release what’s misaligned, and reclaim your time, energy, and truth.​

4. LETTING GO OF THE NEED TO HAVE IT ALL FIGURED OUT

Burnout often comes from overthinking, perfectionism, and the belief that you can’t move forward until everything is clear. I used to live there — until I realized clarity often comes through movement, not before it.
